Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for personally developing and growing B2B sales throughout the French Industrial market, selling the sustainable energy solutions offered by the portfolio of clients in France. You will target new companies and pipeline prospects.
• Responsible for mentoring, coaching and leading a team of 4 sales professionals, optimising sales performance and driving a hunter mentality.
• Define and run the strategy for the French market (in connection with an European team of +250 people in more than 7 countries)
• Responsible for budget planning, reporting, cost control and sales coordination.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and key partners.
