This workshop helps people learn a new way of thinking about setting goals that supports them in an unprecedented time in their lives, riddled by uncertainty, introspection and change fatigue. It is timed around the new year because people are actively thinking about it, not just because we are setting new year’s resolutions. Let's leverage that thinking to become more expansive in finding new ways to build resilience in times of uncertainty.

Life Project Workshop

New Year Evolutions Workshop

A new way to reflect and set your goals

Thursday 26th January

12:00 - 13:30pm (UK Time) | 13:00 - 14:30pm (Paris Time)

About the session

The last few years have been challenging for many of us - that goes without saying! As you enter the new year, you may be planning to regroup and create focus, and you may find that you are struggling to reflect and create new goals given the backdrop of so much uncertainty.

What are we resetting for? What will the new year look like? Will 2023 be a continuation of this past year? How do I set goals when there is so much uncertainty? Is it even worth setting goals this upcoming year?

These are some of the questions and thoughts that we will address in this workshop. We will dive into a complete reframing of goal setting that can be applicable for short- and long-term goals in both your personal and professional life. We will work to understand why we set goals the way that we do and reflect on whether or not we are setting ourselves up for success. Finally, we will discuss tips and tricks to acknowledge the progress, build resilience in times of uncertainty, all the while, learning a completely new way of mindful thinking

This is not another workshop to develop your new year resolutions, but rather a framework to reinvent the whole concept of how you set goals.

Who is this workshop for?

Goal setters: anyone who sets goals or wants to build out the skills to set goals

Mind Expanders: anyone hoping to expand their current thinking about themselves and about goal setting

Uncertainty Resilience Seeker: anyone struggling with how to make plans and set goals in times of uncertainty

Learners: anyone (and teams) looking for a completely new way of setting themselves up for success

You will walk away with:

A completely new way of thinking about goal setting

Clarity on your inner drivers and why you do what you do

Tips for noticing and acknowledging progress

        A growth mindset

A sense of freedom and confidence around setting goal
