Your MBA class reunion will be a relaxed, social event allowing you to meet old friends and to meet other MBA graduates!
Here are some operational details to help you prepare for your trip .
Please note that the weather is expected to be hot and sunny (30° during the day!).

Friday night | 16th June
Let's get the ball rolling by meeting friends at this informal gathering at a bar along the Seine (at the foot of the Eiffel tower). This event will be outside on the bank of the Seine in the evening sunshine. There is generally a light breeze from the river.
Venue : Le Bal de la Marine (Port de Suffren, 75007 Paris).
Nearest metro station : Bir-Hakeim (Line 6)
Time : from 8PM to 11PM
Dress code : casual
Saturday | 17th June
Time to go back to the campus!
Dress code : casual. Sports shoes, sunhats, sunglasses and sunscreen are recommended!
11:00 Meeting at Gare Montparnasse to take bus to campus. (CAREFUL NEW ADDRESS: 35 Bd de Vaugirard, 75015 Paris). Departure at 11:00 sharp. We’ll meet on the street in front of the car park. If you run into problems, please call Janet at 06 38 31 84 35.
12:00 Welcome from Prof. Andrea Masini, Dean of Faculty & Research and former MBA Dean, and Patti Brown-Varnier, Executive Director - MBA Programmes. Amphi Bello, 1st Floor, Building S.
12:30 Class Photo & leisurely walk to the lake.
13:00 BBQ lunch at the lake
15:00 Optional activities in the cafeteria and outside the sports building: campus tour, table tennis, fuzzball, badminton, volleyball, French boules…
16:15 Bus return to Paris
17:00 Arrival in Paris
Saturday Night | 17th June (adults only)
Plenty of champagne and nibbles while mingling with others at the alumni association and maybe even dancing! The perfect mix for an unforgettable moment with your classmates!

FAQ's
How can I get to the campus on Saturday?
A shuttle will leave Paris, Gare Montparnasse at 11 am sharp on Saturday morning (see details above). The bus will leave Jouy-en-Josas for the return journey at around 16:15. We will leave Gare de Montparnasse on Saturday at 11 am sharp. If you plan on arriving by car, we ask that you let us know so that we can alert security.
Will there be activities for the children?
There will be no specific activities for children, but plenty of games available for all, including table tennis, fuzzball, French boules, badminton, and volleyball…
What is the cancellation policy?
The entire event is organized at cost price. Thus, all arrangements must be made in advance with various suppliers to manage their availability and costs. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for tickets already purchased.
