Dear members of the HEC Alumni community and dear friends of Lebanon,

In light of the current events and the humanitarian crisis resulting from the war, we are reaching out to you today with an initiative aiming to support the displaced that have taken shelter in schools all across the country. We have been receiving emails from the wider HEC community asking how to help.

We have decided to collect Food, Medicine and Hygiene Products and to share them with Beit El Baraka, a local active NGO - who is dispatching donations to the affected civilians.

There will be a central point of collection, located in Parallel’s offices in Dekouane, Beirut (Parallel is a company whose founders are both Alumni of HEC).

Collection of donations starts as of today and will last until Friday, October 11.

These donations will be listed, sorted, packed and sent to Beit El Baraka, under HEC Alumni Lebanon name.

Should you wish to contribute :

• From Lebanon – in kind to Beit el Baraka: please deliver  to the following address: Ramaco Center, Mirna Chalouhi highway, 1st floor. Please contact me directly through Private Message for any question (contact details below)
• From outside of Lebanon – in monetary donations: we have identified a short list of NGOs with no political affiliations operating on the ground. Please find our suggestions (list below is not exhaustive or exclusive)
