There are now 9 red varietals planted in the 19 hectare vineyard (Marselan, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache Noir, Syrah, Arinarnoa and Sangiovese) and 3 white varietals (Viognier, Muscat and Chardonnay). All vines were imported from France.Treaty Port house wine is the Castle Red, made each harvest from a blend of the red varietals, and the Debutante, a Grenache-based rose.
