We look forward to seeing you soon, and as usual please do not hesitate to drop us a line with any feedback! Kind regards, Your HEC in the UK Team Delphine, Laura, Wendy & Sophie | FOCUS OF THE MONTH : la "Rentrée" at HEC | HEC Imagine – HEC’s Contribution to a More Peaceful World Our Dean, Eloic Peyrache, highlighted recently the importance of building a campus that is open to the world and to contribute to a more peaceful world. "September 2022 marked an important step in that direction as we welcomed the first fellows of the "HEC Imagine" program, launched thanks to the impulsion of our HEC alumnus Adrien Nussenbaum, and aimed at opening new opportunities to brilliant students from countries at war. They come from Afghanistan, Syria and Ukraine. This is the first step of our "Business & Peace" program at HEC Paris. We were also pleased to welcome the first 20 Lebanese students who are beneficiaries of the CMA CGM Excellence Fund For Lebanon scholarships, launched with Rodolphe SAADE and dedicated to talented students who can no longer afford to finance their studies due to the difficulties their countries are going through. Last but not least, we have 4 times more African students who have joined our Grande école program through the "PACT Africa" program that we launched in French-speaking African countries, such as Ivory Coast, Gabon, Cameroon, etc. " Eloic said. Thanks to all HEC teams for contributing to changing destinies!
