Register HERE | THROWBACK TO THE STARTUP LAUNCHPAD 2023 IN LONDON Every year, the HEC UK Office organises a Learning Expedition in London for over 100 entrepreneur students from the HEC Startup Launchpad. This program, now run by the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center, works like an accelerator, designed to help student entrepreneurs launch their start-up within 10 weeks. After a few years online, this year, the trip took place in person between March 13-16th in London, and included Entrepreneurs’ Talks and a Pitch Competition in two rounds with its final “Grand Pitch Night” in a beautiful cinema in Central London - streamed live on Youtube and LinkedIn - an exceptional evening for the students, and for the alumni community who was very proud of the new HEC entrepreneurs generation! | WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS FOR GOOD
Launched in March 2021 by the Women’s Forum for the Economy & Society, in partnership with HEC Paris Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center, WomenEntrepreneurs4Good was imagined as a concrete solution to the negative impacts of the crisis on women entrepreneurs. The initiative is a unique accelerator programme that supports green entrepreneurs at the early stages of their journey. The 7-month online programme equips women entrepreneurs with unique resources and capabilities to innovate and grow their businesses by providing coaching, visibility, technical support, exposure and access to an ecosystem of stakeholders and global partners. The Mercure HEC awards are a global showcase for the diversity and talent of our entrepreneurial ecosystem. For the first time this year, the awards will be given to entrepreneurs based in 7 regions around the world (France, Europe, North America, Middle East, Africa, East Asia, Central Asia and Southeast Asia), a true reflection of the HEC community’s international dimension. Today, each region has proposed a shortlist of "nominated" entrepreneurs, from which this year's winners will be chosen. Now, it is up to our alumni to vote for the winners in each region! We warmly invite you to join them for their next two events: | HEC STORIES: OUR SELECTION FOR YOU | HEC Foundation rewards Climate and Business initiative The HEC Fondation hosted their awards ceremony at HEC Alumni this Monday, welcoming high profile professors and researchers. Among them, Igor Shishov and Daniel Halbheer, two experts in climate economics, who created a certificate program on campus. Read more. | Energy mix: Agnès Pannier-Runacher faces HEC Transition proposals French Ministry of Ecological Transition has welcomed ten HEC students and young graduates last Monday. An opportunity for them to share the 15 recommendations they developed for a sustainable energy plan with the Minister of Energy Transition and the Minister of Higher Education.
