HEC UK Life Project: Building Your Project
In the last few weeks and months, we have all been going through an unprecedented experience of change. Whilst, if we look around, some people have reacted quite positively to these changes, others have not reacted so positively. There are many reasons for this. This talk, hosted by Nikita Mikhailov from Lumina Learning, will focus on one of them, and that is personality.
This session will combine real world practice with academic research in exploring why some personality traits are more predisposed to see opportunity in change and why some traits really do not.
Most importantly Nikita will examine how different personality traits can communicate and play towards their complimentary strengths in any change process.
Nikita will be using the Lumina Spark model to illustrate the personality construct.
As part of this session, you will be given an opportunity to:
- Complete a Lumina Learning Spark personality assessment (before the webinar)
- Receive your own unique Lumina Spark Portrait
- Hear about predispositions of personality traits to see opportunity in change
- Be offered a complimentary 30min call to discuss your own personality portrait.
Thursday 28th May @ 4pm London time - Online
Register here and you will be sent a link before the event
IF SPOTS ARE FULL: Please consider joining our next session on July 8th.
