About the speaker:
Tanja Dressen’s PhD study is in the field of performance improvement and personality development based on neuropsychological research. Dressen has over 9 years experience as Deputy CEO in the tech industry leading teams in China and EMEA. Currently, Dressen is the Chair for Executive Education at the University of Split, Croatia, and the CEO of DressenCoaching. She provides executive coaching/training for senior level management, mainly in the Middle East. She is regularly invited to give guest lectures about leadership and coaching at several universities worldwide.
