All our coaches are certified by a recognized school and have a minimum of 200 hours of professional practice
A selection committee made up of experienced HEC alumni validates each application
The speakers are chosen for their listening posture, emotional maturity and authenticity: no superheroes or gurus here!
The "Coaching Access" formula
A 15-minute exchange offered to meet your coach before committing (2 contacts possible)
3 one-hour sessions, face-to-face or remotely (your choice)
A single rate negotiated especially for Alumni
