France became late 2022 the largest UNITRANCHE Market in Europe. At the same time, new European regulations regarding restructuring were implemented in French law with a direct impact for investors. 

This round table aims to openly discuss the practicality of the new regulations and their (real) impacts for investors engaged or looking at the French market.
