About Tom Pullen:
Tom spent 18 years innovating in large global corporations such as Boots and Mars, with the latter 5 years as Global Innovation Director at Danone. In this role, he supported many teams with their innovation challenges, as well as creating commercially successful, award-winning innovations.
In 2016, he was trained in Design Thinking by Stanford University, and also started his Executive MBA at HEC Paris, majoring on Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
In 2017, he founded Innovinco, a start-up specialising in fast and impactful expert solutions to accelerate innovation performance in large companies. Innovinco has now helped over 25 major corporations across all industries including alcohol, chocolate, cosmetics, electronics ... even oil & gas! Innovinco was selected to be part of the HEC Incubator, based at Station F - the largest start-up campus in the world.
Tom is a former Roosevelt Scholar, having spent 4 months in the US researching how large corporations can drive growth across different geographies. Tom frequently delivers guest lectures and keynote speeches on innovation, and recently delivered his first TEDx talk “When did innovation get so complicated?”
