PRIX TRAJECTOIRES 2021: Apply!
When daring meets purpose, it creates new perspectives
and a significant impact for the community
Such is the theme 2021, already planned in 2020 and even more significant today.
Courage, generosity, originality, risk-taking, together with innovation environmental or social commitment, construction of the world of tomorrow, new modes of consumption, disruptive technology, and more. Those are the characteristics of the applications that we are looking for.
HEC women, if your professional career personifies this audacious and meaningful approach, if you inspire through your choices or your way of leading, if you drive a project that carries strong values, apply!
Answer this short application form before February 20, 2021.
In addition, a Coup de Cœur award will recognize the pioneering action of a man who has enabled women to undertake and deliver on their full potential.
HEC community members, do not hesitate to recommend one or more people for the Prix Trajectoires or the Coup de Cœur award!
About the award
This year PRIX TRAJECTOIRES will take place in 4 stages:
· The application: apply or recommend a candidate by February 20 via this short application form. If you fit with the theme, one of our coaches will contact you (or the recommended person).
· Digital Meetings: 12 selected candidates will come to discuss their career paths, their choices and their impact with the participants during a videoconference on one of these dates: March 4, April 13, June 8, September 21. The award is open to international candidates: they will be able to apply and discuss during digital meetings in French or English, at their choice.
· The jury: at the beginning of November, the best candidates will answer questions from a jury made up of personalities, HEC officials, journalists and Trajectoires laureates from previous years, who will choose the winner and the Coup de Coeur.
· The awards ceremony will take place in November. The winners will be honored at the annual HEC au Féminin #BeTheFuture event, which is always an exceptional moment!
Participating in the Prix Trajectoires will allow you, with your coach’s support, to share your experiences and convictions, to enrich yourself personally and to inspire others.
