Mindful Eating - What is it for?

  • Discover what it is like to eat in full consciousness, being attentive to body signals, sensations, and what is going on in your brain (emotions related to food, thoughts, etc.).
  • Reconnect with your food and really appreciate it, like a food critic
  • Regain focus and continue your day by being more centred

What do you need for this meditation experience?

  • A coffee or a tea
  • A biscuit  if you wish, or even HEC UK Goûter Box below
  • Your laptop/smartphone to listen to Agathe guiding you to Mindful Eating

Treat yourself during the event online with an (optional) HEC UK Gouter Box delivered to your door

To fully enjoy this meditation experience, we have partnered with LA FRENCHETTE so you can order your gouter box for the event (and after the event...). No obligation though - you will be able to enjoy the session with your favourite biscuit & tea/coffee from your cupboard!
The box can only be delivered for London based Alumni. If you are not in London, please enjoy your favourite biscuit with us!
