About The Speaker:

Trainer/Coach Besides finishing her Ph.D. in the field of performance improvement and personality development based on neuropsychological research, Tanja Dressen has experience of over 9 years as Deputy CEO in the tech industry leading teams in China and EMEA. Currently, Tanja is the Chair for Executive Education at the University of Split, Croatia, and the CEO of DressenCoaching. She provides executive coaching/training for top and senior management mainly in the Middle East. She is regularly invited to give guest lectures about leadership and coaching at several universities worldwide, for instance Harvard.
