ABOUT THE SPEAKERS: 


Anne Cupkovic (HEC) is a Principal Strategy Director at Roundel, Target's Retail Media Network and the third-largest Commerce Media advertising player in the US. 

Before joining Roundel, Anne worked for over 7 years in Management Consulting at McKinsey & Company in Paris and Chicago, focusing on growth topics in Consumer & Retail in recent years, helping retailers build their Media Networks from the ground up. 

She has extensive experience in Digital Media and Marketing and works closely with Advertisers and AdTech partners on the future of first-party data in an environment where privacy is a top concern for all stakeholders and where AI offers unmatched opportunities to grow businesses.


Ana Milena Salamanca is a statistician and an accomplished leader in product development, data science, and digital transformation. As Senior Vice President of Data Science Product at NielsenIQ, she drives innovative solutions that provide faster, more granular insights to global clients, particularly in traditional retail. 

With over 20 years of expertise in statistics, sampling theory, and business process automation, Ana has a proven track record in launching impactful products and leading strategic initiatives.

Ana holds a Master’s in Statistics and completed executive programs at Harvard Business School. She is passionate about mentoring young talent and empowering women, reinforcing her commitment to diversity and inclusion.
