6-month program, HEC Pulse is a digital global mentoring platform where anyone from the HEC community can connect.
The 6-month mentoring program is structured and monitored, aiming to support the mentee in their new role, professional development, or career transition. This program fosters a mutually beneficial relationship where both parties grow together. Mentors have the opportunity to share their expertise, expand their professional network, and develop their leadership skills. Meanwhile, mentees receive personalized support, strategic advice, and practical resources to accelerate their professional and personal growth.

Flash mentoring
30 minutes to 1 hour of networking-style informal exchange, share your expertise flexibly and effectively.
A flash-mentoring program offers short mentoring sessions, usually lasting 30 minutes to 1 hour, aimed at providing targeted and quick advice on specific topics. These sessions allow participants to benefit from the expertise of experienced mentors in a flexible and efficient manner. The concise format promotes dynamic and direct exchanges, thus facilitating the resolution of specific problems or the acquisition of new skills in a short amount of time.

By your side : a dedicated program to the HEC Interns
1.5 hours per trainee, become a School Mentor and, with a moderate commitment, support a student throughout the internship. Ideal for an enriching first mentoring experience.
Become a School Advisor and support future generations of talent! As a School Advisor, you will have the unique opportunity to support one or more students during their internship and positively influence their professional journey. As a signatory to the agreement, you will dedicate 1.5 hours per intern to ensure the smooth progression of their internship, provide guidance to facilitate their professional integration, and communicate with the school in case any issues arise.
