In an increasingly complex and faster-moving world, we are all looking to find our own path to climb towards our highest peak at our own pace.

We are ready to move mountains to have a positive impact on the company we work for and on the world around us, we will climb summits to feel fully accomplished both professionally and personally, we want to be trained and guided at all times in our lives, we want to remain open to potential detours...

In the end, we are no longer talking about careers but rather life projects.

HEC Alumni Carrières has thus become HEC Life Project, and it has reaffirmed its vocation to guide HEC alumni in their path towards their better selves. This is a vocation we care deeply about and which we intend to apply according to ten principles:
