What triggered you to create your career development platform?

Two eloquent figures stood out in my mind: 

• In France, 22.5 million men and women are not happy in their jobs;
• 85% of people change jobs or professions on instinct.

The question is: How can I be sure that my next job will make me happy?

I myself have been an auditor, a consultant, a coach, a writer and a teacher without ever asking myself any questions until 2014 when I was no longer in touch with my values. That's when I asked myself THE question: what will make me flourish over the next 20 years?

I quickly realised that there was no solution on the market that was mature enough to guide my thinking, help me formalise a project in line with my aspirations and enable me to take action. 

My ambition through Akeen was to offer a solution adapted to any person in questioning, in reconversion, or in search of employment. With Akeen, we have developed a platform that allows people to reveal themselves, to project themselves and to achieve their goals.

I wanted to give everyone the means to be an actor in their own evolution and to be happy in their job.
